Best way to eat sesame seeds?
What is the best way to eat sesame seeds? Can I just sprinkle them in food? Or munch on them as I usually like to do? Should I grind them? Right now I just chew them because I like the flavour and like to feel the crunchness but I am not sure if I am getting all the nutrients that way? Any suggestions?

Suck them while they are stuck between your teeth for hours.
love them!! they are so filled with calcium..u can eat them plain slighty roasted!or have tahini instead
the best way is to make it as a topping of every food lol
The nutrients are MUCH easier to absorb if the seed are pulverized before consumption. So if you are grinding them good in your teeth, then that should be good.
Make some tahini (sesame paste)
I like to toast them lightly in a hot pan and sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over salads….yummy
that’s fine to eat them like that
Sesame Snaps are yummy.
Make a cup of honey flavoured toffee, while still hot and runny, stir in a cup of sesame seeds. Pour onto a tray lined with baking paper, spread thinly.
Toast them & use them in stir-fries and salads! That’s how I have them.
so many ways!!
add some toasted seeds to grilled cheese (unbelievably good)
tahini is also great, with lot’s of lemon juice. drizzle that over anything from grilled tofu, salads or blanched vegetables.
they are a great addition to any salad, just sprinkled on top.
they are full of flavour and nutrition and basically taste great with anything.
another good idea is to dip cookies before baking in raw sesame seeds and then they roast while the cookie bakes.
I like to snort them.
You can mix it with flour and salt, coat an egged fish with it and fry it. That’s great served with sweet chilli thai sauce and jasmine rice.
slightly roast these calcium rich super tiny seeds & sprinkle to any recipes imaginable.yummy!
