Are Wasabi Peas healthy?
I know they aren’t the healthiest, but are they on the good side? lol
The ingredients have a little sugar and yellow and blue coloring, but the rest I think is healthy. Though it does say it has glutinous rice flour.
It says green peas, wheat flour, palm oil, sunflower oil, horseradish, salt (85 mg), and then it has what I mentioned above. There’s 4 grams of protein, 6% of iron, and 2% of calcium.
Is it okay for a snack or should I throw them out?

By looking at the nutrient data (fats Missing) I would say it looks like one of the more healthier snacks a person could eat.
Healthy snack. Not high in calories, the ones that I buy anyway.
Great pick-me-up when you want something and don’t want to go the route of junk food. It is a PEA! A real food vs. a highly processed junk food like many fall into and will eat.
