Are these sufficient ingredients for stir fry?
For one person. I have uncooked egg noodles (you boil them), mushrooms, capsicum, carrot and onion and stir fry sauce. I was thinking if I start by cooking the noodles. In a separate pan, start stir frying the veg in garlic, then add the noodles and the sauce. Will that work?

yes it will sounds yum!
sounds tasty =P
You can make stir-fry with any kind of vegetables you like. I add some cornstarch and water to thicken up the sauce for the veggies. Add ginger, garlic. salt and pepper. Put over cooked rice or noodles and add soy sauce. Good Eats!
most stir fries have bell peppers
