Are there any good vegetable diets that i could do?



I don’t really eat meat but I don’t particularly like vegetables like tomatos or lima beans or peas…but I was wondering if anyone knew a good vegetable diet that i could do to lose weight…
_______________________________________________ This isn’t actually required but, I Also would like one that isn’t a lose 1-2 pound a week thing…although I don’t want something like a lose 14 puonds a week or soumething…just maybe a 3-5 pounds in a 7 day week. thank you

Fruit and vegetables are nutritious but people tend to think in order to get strong, they eat more meat, and for energy rice, wheat, etc The fact is fruit and vegetables can nearly provide you all the nutrition you need and for weight management purpose, you must eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.

This website will give you a weight loss rating for the food you choose on the left with 5 red stars as highest rating. My recommendation is… just a few:

Brussels sprouts

Apple

Broccoli

Celery

Tomato

Grapefruit (4 stars)

Carrot

Too many to list. If you need to lose weight fast, you may ask your doctor about water pills. If you need to lose bodyfat, you need a very experienced trainer to assign some exercises to you, but it takes time, months not weeks not days.
