are pine nuts as allergic reactive as peanuts, cashews, walnuts ,ect?
my son is seriously allergic to cashews, hazelnuts and walnuts, so with the other kids i was advised not to eat nuts while pregnant and breastfeeding
im breastfeeding at the moment and ive been reading up on how healthy pine nuts are, but are they likely to be bad to cause allergies
