Dill pickles have no starch.
Dill pickles usually have very few calories and almost no carbs, but do not eat them in excess because they are extremely high in sodium. They also have almost no nutritional value. Olives can have a lot of fat compared with vegetables. I would keep not eat too many of them. Fresh peppers are a great vegetable for a diet-not starchy at all.
pickles are made from cucumbers. NO starch. Olives have no starch and are not canned in sugar water. Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes, spinach, other lettuce stuff Have no starch in them.
green beans are in the middle here. They do have those little bean seeds in them.
Carrots, Peas, corn, dried beans, potatoes, all have starch.
Avoid most all root veggies.
