Any sandwich suggestions?
I am looking for a good way to make a sandwich which doesn’t involve cooking or exotic ingredients/materials. I’ve got ham, at the moment, and a loaf of bread.
I’m hungry!

try a ham, tomato, and cheese sandwich!
That’s a personal favorite of mine, except I don’t like ham, so I use turkey.
Hope I helped!

shred the ham…and finely dice a tomato and some onion…..then add some grated cheese…..mix with a little mayo…….(salsa style)…..goes great on a sandwich…and any left over…..mix in with some lightly beaten eggs …ligtly panfry it for a great omelette.
you dont know how to make a sandwich? ok then…
take two pieces of bread… put italian salad dressing, (or ranch, caesar, your favorite) on one side…. if its creamy dressing put it on both breads.. if not put dressing on one and mayo on the other…. put your fave veggies…. i like banana peppers, pickles, lettuce, green peppers, onions. and put it together…. eat it.
This doesn’t involve much cooking and it’s absolutely to die for!
Grilled Cream cheese sandwiches:
Cut very fresh french bread into 1/2 inch slices. Butter one side of each, put one side on pan. Cut a chunk of cream cheese to taste (mine are about 1/4 in to 1/2 inch thick). Spread on the bread. Top with the best tomatoes you can find. Salt and pepper. Add the other slice of bread, buttered side up. Grill one side until brown. Flip over, grill the other side until brown.
MMMMMmmmmm.
This one is good, too:
I love egg salad:
Boil 6 or more eggs. (I have an egg cooker, it cooks perfect eggs everytime). If you don’t, here are the instructions:
Put eggs in saucepan. Cover with cold water until an inch above eggs. Cook on medium heat until boiling. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 10-12 minutes. Fill pan with cold water until eggs are cool. Peel.
Cut up or mash eggs in a bowl. Add a heaping tablespoon of mayo or Miracle Whip until nice and creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste. A little dab of yellow mustard is good, too. Spread on your favorite bread!
It’s very simple but delicious!!
Ham, turkey & Swiss:
Dijon mustard on the ham side. Mayo on the turkey side. Swiss in the middle – separating them.
Oooooooooooohhhhh MAN!!!!!!!!!
At the country club where I was working, about 25 years ago, as “something different” for one of the members, I made this. The gentleman loved it so much, he asked for it very frequently! I called it “The Corcoran Club” – after Mr. C.
Once in a while I would add tomato and very crisp bacon.
Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it!

Yes, that is my real last name!
A grilled Swiss cheese and ham sandwich would be good. Take two slices of bread and butter one side of each (so that the bread can get golden). Put the buttered sides down on a plate. Add Swiss and ham and put second slice of bread on top. Take a skillet with a cover and put on the stove that is turned to medium heat. Add sandwich and cover (so that the cheese can cook while the bread does) and cook for five minutes. Remove cover, flip, and cook for five more minutes.
If you want to be creative, you can also add other toppings, such as mustard, tomato slices, pickles, onions or herbs. However, cheese and ham by itself will make a pretty good sandwich!
