Advice on food to eat when you’re ill with the flu?
For breakfast I ate a bowl of oatiflakes today with semi-skimmed milk.
Then for lunch I had a brown pitta bread with some peanut butter and then I had one of those mullar chocolate biscuit yougurts.
Then I had some potatos with chickpeas the potatos were boiled.
I had some grapes strawberries and some orange juice and a piece of 85% dark chocolate.
But everytime I ate I went to sleep because I’ve been feeling ill all day, am I gonna gain weight from that? I had everything in small portions can i eat dinner

I wouldn’t worry about gaining weight. I lost 10 pounds in two weeks when I got the flu one year.
Drink a lot of fluids, like OJ and gatorade (or whatever sports drink you like).
Eat soup if you can. Chicken or lentil.
